Does anyone have any experience with orchids-site.com in Thailand? I am considering purchase of several Habenaria tubers and would like some feedback first.

I don't know anything about them.

Just a warning if not to you, to others considering importing plants and plant material; know your country's laws. Lack of proper documents may result in confiscated items and/or fines.

I don't know them either but this would be my concern. Some of the vendors in Tailand have been less than scrupulous in the past about having the right import paperwork. No idea if this is one of them, but it's something to be careful of.

Thanks to both of you. I've never purchased from outside the US before and confess that I didn't even think about paperwork. I am, of course, aware of the laws, but was focused only on the plant material. I won't forget again, in the future, thanks to both of you.

Agents of the US Dept of Agriculture have posted to other plant groups that they monitor online discussions.
