Hello all, I am going to KL in a couple of weeks and would like to bring a few orchid flasks back home. I would prefer to buy plants but quarantine in Australia is a bit difficult/expensive, so have to stick with flasks. Can anyone suggest nurseries near KL? Even if I cannot get to the nursery, I could order online and get them sent to my hotel in KL (as long as the nursery can courier them to the hotel for me).

I don't know how good this list is but it's a start.

If you can, get to Gunung Jerai Botanical Park in Penang. They have been planting orchids ex-situ (you can read the updates on Michael Aaorchids' Facebook page).

I had a look at the list and facebook. I also found a place called Taman Orkid which might be worth going to.
