I emailed you through ebay with an apology and request to bury this hatchet and remove the lies and this post... You can get Better Grow Orchids elsewhere as I am NOT the only Vendor... But I can Guarantee the Better Grow Orchids I sell ARE not from a death rack as you implied, but yet just as good as any other Better Grow Orchids sold from any other vendor as they all come from the same wholesaler...
I have copied the original you posted so if you try to change it I will only repost the original back up... even though most is untrue and contradicting, it shows your character...
If you remove it I will consider my apology accepted, and we will have buried this hatchet and can put it all behind us and concentrate on moving forward independently on our individual paths.
I do hope you understand...

My apologies if I am not allowed to call Shadytrake by the name she publicly announced, I will not do that again...
I do not believe I called her by any other name.
I do not believe I referred to her as anything else.
I do not believe I was insulting, but informative.
Shadytrake insulted me several times calling me a jerk and posting false statements.
I am not stalking, but publicly defending untrue statements posted by shadytrake.
I have offered many apologies, with no acceptance.
I do hope that person was given a warning as they insulted me publicly on this forum.
I have not e-mailed shadytrake personally except on ebay, with an apology and request for the untrue statements to be removed, again with no reply.
I would however like you to inform me of where I insulted her or called her names, Please, so I may understand exactly what I did wrong, as I do not like to make the same mistake twice.
I feel that you sent the warning to the wrong person.
I also feel that the warning sent to me By Shadytrake through a private message is an attempt to intimidate me.
I feel I was cordial and everything is basically self explained.

I did not insult her, but was insulted by her.
I did not call her names other than Melissa which I believe is her name.
but yet I was called a jerk and had other rude remarks from her or have seen post to others referring to me as a jerk in communication.
I feel I was very cordial and explanatory, not rude, and yet honest.
Does she have authority to send me a warning in a private message the way she did?
Or is this a ploy of intimidation, and abuse of her position at Orchid Board.
I even thanked her for the extra publicity and positive results on my side.

For sure, but also there is not very much root to grow from.
However, I saw new root growth today and I decided to try because it was inexpensive and I like the cross.
I won't do business with this seller again just based on the communication. I really didn't like being personally attacked like I didn't know what I was doing. Seriously, the guy went into a total tirade on me.

Correct. This is not the norm. There are many reputable growers who sell on eBay. SVO, Peter Lin, Orchid Gallery, and etc.
This forum is to toot the horn of the good sellers and to warn others of the bad sellers.

I really like your 'vanda repotting into a basket' video. The center stake is a nice idea. I have not yet tried a vanda in a basket, mine are in clay pots.
I think the buyer/seller relationship started on the wrong foot and just went downhill. I am glad you defended yourself. It looks like you give your orchids good care. I would buy from you

Welcome to the forum...so glad you could join just to attack one of our members (kinda stalkerish). I can't imagine anyone would find you snarky and condescending (not).
There are ways to defend oneself with dignity and respect if you really felt it necessary or you could have just let your eBay reviews speak for themselves. One neutral feedback (regardless of what it said) shouldn't make a difference if everyone else is thrilled with your products.

Thank You for your sarcastic welcome to Orchid Board...
I did contact shadytrake with an apology and request to remove untrue statements and false accusations, with no response... I waited 2 days to defend my position of 100% positive feedback since 2013 6 neutrals and 0 negatives. See negatives can be removed, but even a nasty neutral cannot be removed from ebay...
I am not attacking or stalking but defending myself against false statements. I work very hard to do good and help others and not to condemn them...
I did in fact ask for people to check my feedback for themselves and make their own decision...
You apparently do not understand marketing or advertising or have worked hard to build a reputable company... or you would feel the same as I do...
See I believe when you do a good job the customer may tell a few people, this is where I aquire more sales... and if you do a bad job for a customer they will generally want to tell 50 people, which makes my job much more difficult.... So I do believe in doing a good job right the first time, if there is a negative situation I will promptly try to resolve the situation.
You have heard 1 person who took offense to my offering of help after they complained about the roots, after they stripped and stretched them from the medium the roots had grown to for approx. 1 yr... the person then tried to instruct me on my return policy saying they would wait 3 more days... Return policy is for item to be returned in same condition as received, which was not at all possible at that point after they had removed it from the pot it arrived in, and stripping the medium it had grown to. so let me ask you, would you accept a return after the customer altered the plant in that way?
Clearly you must not have read everything...and they contradict themselves at least twice in that post of false statements...
So Yes Judith I will defend myself after giving apologies with no response and requesting correction or removal of false statements, also with no acknowledgement...
Have you checked or confirmed this persons accusations? Have you checked my feedback on ebay, before accusing me of being (kinda stalkerish), snarky and condescending, and sarcastically welcoming me?
I really am a nice guy who loves to help people.
I wouldn't offer items with donations for more than several charities for children, cancer patients, the hungry, our fallen heroes and St Judes Childrens Research Hospital where the cost is in my labor and I am working for charity...
so I suggest not to be so quick to pull the trigger or for you to fight for someone not knowing all the truth or circumstances. but that is just my suggestion if it helps GREAT! if not you can disregard it with no flack from me...
I really hope for you to rethink your actions and find out for yourself who and how I am before joining forces under false pretenses.

Not much bothers me as I am disabled and have had to overcome many much more difficult obstacles than this. Being deemed to a wheelchair for life at age 17 I have never give up nor do I collect disability. I learned how to be strong and earn my own... may not be much but I survive, I can say I did it and it is mine... I am 49 now, self taught since 3rd grade with correspondence courses while living in 3rd world countries, and then college at age 16, Electro Mechanical Inspector before age 18... guaranteed job at Harris but was not hired because I was to young and could not be insured... funny huh?
So see I work hard. I am sorry you feel this way about me without even knowing me or the situation at hand. For you this personal stuff came out that I normally don't tell people because I give to charities not accept it. There are a lot more needy people in the world than I... We have never met nor have we had a business relationship hence the personal stuff. I feel with you not knowing just a little of who I am and how and what I do, has bearing on your opinion of me. Sorry I txt so much, but I really do care...
