I do know that they sometimes have issues with the plants during shipping I don't know if this is the case this time.

I ordered 5 flasks from them in the spring. Only got 3 and all deflasked. Seedlings were in plastic bags and mostly brown, very few survived.

I had mixed experience....bought couple of Cattleyas from them at Redland show this year. One is OK but needed some work . Second one turned out rootless and leaves shriveled in no time ( I bought it in bloom). It had hard time staying alive, eventually I mounted on a branch and I see first pseudobulb now. Starting to recover, time will tell.
To be fair to them, I contacted them about second one and they offered to replace but I had no time to do that. However, I paid top bucks for the second plant at the show and expected better quality.
