The Orchid Gallery on EBay
I hope this is the correct place for my question. Have any of you purchased from The Orchid Gallery in Signal Mountain Tennessee? They are on eBay with excellent reviews and have been on eBay since 2002.
I've looked and have not seen them mentioned here. Thanks for any information.

I've seen their listings. No experience with them but they have really interesting items. Other sellers that I trust and have always provided great healthy plants are: laorchidjohn, unhappykat1 & SpringwaterOrchids. Packing is great, ships fast, and takes care of their customers. Bandbandmandt is also a great source of orchids on Ebay but their prices are a bit more steep. I used to get stuff from Incredible Orchids (Seattle Orchids) but wasn't happy with the quality and state of the plant when I got them. But that may be just a fluke. Anyway that my two cents.

I have ordered from them and would trust them to deliver quality goods and right any wrongs.

Thank you Romeomffn and LovePhals for your help. The Orchid Gallery has great feedback, I was concerned that they are not mentioned here in the vendors section. It's nice to learn you have ordered several times LovePhals, that really helps.
Romeomffn, thanks for the suggestions of other vendors. I've ordered from Seattle Orchids and been very pleased. I'm sorry you had a problem with them. It is nice to be able to get some recommendations from other growers with far more experience than myself. Thanks guys.

I've bought from them multiple times, and have always received quality plants. Probably why I have a bid out on one of their listings right now haha.

CambriaWhat and Bulbofett thanks, so good to hear. I'm only looking at one plant and I think I may have to buy it. Good luck with the auction, hope you win.

I have quite a few sellers on ebay that I have purchased from. My favorite is insituorchids, and I have probably helped him add a wing onto his greenhouse with what I have gotten from him! His name is Jeff, and he offers a wide variety of healthy plants, reasonably priced and he is quick to respond to messages. But, the biggest plus for me is that he sells outright - you don't have to bid. I get caught up in the action and spend more than I would normally.
The one trick with him is to load things in your cart and then request he combine shipping BEFORE you check out. He will respond quickly, but otherwise you have to pay the full shipping cost on each plant. BUT, he has slipped in some freebies for me to compensate in the past.
I also like mostlyspecies, orchidblaine (his estore is named "Orchids for the People") and nia22. I have gotten good plants, been treated fairly, and had good dealings from each of these.
Man, I buy wayyyy to much on ebay. These are just a FEW of the sellers I have purchased orchids from....

Yeah - that's the problem. There is no operational definition of what "Too Much" is....over the 40 years that I have been growing orchids, I cannot fathom the amount of money I have spent on plants, pots, fertilizers, potting media, etc, etc, etc. This can be one VERY expensive hobby, but I still seem to justify every purchase!!!! (in all honesty I have never regretted the investments!)
Funny how that works........
