So! I want to give a big A+++++ to Orchids by Hausermann for there amazing service. This was my first online orchid purchase. I ordered Hknsa. Koolau Sunset in a 2.5" pot and when I recieved my plant today it was in a pot twice that size with two new growths and it's in bud! I was shocked.
I called Hausermann's as this wasn't what I was expecting and didn't pay for this large of a pot. They lady happily told me that the bigger plant wasn't a extra charge and I also mentioned there wasn't a tag and she apologized and put one out in the mail to me today!
Such friendly and great service and prompt replies to emails. I would recommend them to any newbie ordering orchids online for the first time
