I placed an order with Hausermans last week for 4 in spike Phals. Placed it on Thursday it arrived on Saturday, that was pretty fast I thought. When I unpacked them of course I inspected them very thoroughly. YIKES! mealy bugs!! On only one tho. I called them immediately. They were so nice, no problem they said we will get another one out to you immediately...no you don't have to return it just treat it if you want to! Well the new one arrived today, no bugs And 2 spikes instead of one woohoo!!!
Now THAT is what I call customer service!....Jean
