Happy with Monsoon Flora Orchids Flask Purchase
I have had just one transaction, online, where I ordered a flask of approx. 22 seedlings in a "puck" form (deflasked but in agar).
Great job packing, reasonable prices for both shipping and the flask and all plants arrived healthy and undamaged. They even threw in a heat pack at no extra charge. I paid $39 for the plask and 11.50 for shipping I believe.
I ordered Paph Paeonius (provisional), which is Nike's Sunny Delight x Lefty Kei 'Tiger Eye' HCC/AOS. All they sell right now are paphs and phrags (perfect for me, anyway).
You can get a flask of Paph castleanum or paph molly ott for only $29 each, also with 22 seedlings. Other varities are more, but way reasonable. They also have several really cool paph and phrag species as established seedlings for pretty cheap, including a lady isabel cross (for the very patient).
This is my first attempt at raising from flask and so far so good (at least for one week in); the little guys stayed together in the agar and seen happy in a compot thus far - will try to post pics later...
