Thumbs up Orchids by Hausermann

I am very happy with the recent plants. I ordered early March, knowing it may be a while before they will be able to ship because weather was too cold in Northern parts. This was a Birthday gift to myself.
2 days ago, I called to check when they would be shipping my plants. Lady on the other side(I think 'Gene') said she is going to send them now.

Plants arrived today, they sent them by Fedex.
Very carefully packed plants arrived in good condition.

First plant I unwrapped was 5 inch(pot) C. mossiae 'Willowbrook'. It looked small for the size but may be they are not big. I am OK with that.
So,I proceeded to unwrap other plant, perplexed why it feels so big and heavy.Nice scent coming out of the wraps! Huge plant - C. Drumbeat. Should have called to check the size first.
When I opened the wraps, there was this huge(larger size than I ordered) plant with 3 fragrant blooms!
I am floored.

They are so nice they made up for the delay by sending bigger and blooming plant.

I had good experience in past also.

I will definitely order again....er..after checking height of plants. They have huge plants and if you are not careful, you are going to run out of space very soon.

Awesome, glad you were happy with your plants! A nice bonus to get orchids in bloom you were not expecting.

Congratulations on the new plants. Hausermann does have a reputation for shipping large plants. C. Drumbeat is one I have also and it's been a reliable bloomer for me.

If you ever get a chance to be in Chicago, you must visit Haussermans. Relatively speaking they are close to OHare Airport. A long time ago, they were the largest orchid corsage supplier in the Midwest. In some old photos their company logo was "Acres of Orchids Underglass". You can spend a lot of time and money at Haussermans.
