This company is out of Malaysia and specialize in orchids endemic to Malaysia. I would not have considered orchid suppliers outside of the United States, but their prices seem reasonable and they have such a variety of Bulbophyllum. I am going to assume they would do all the paperwork necessary for me to get these imported to Fort Wayne, Indiana. Specifically request your experience with this company. Generally asking for your experiencing ordering plants from another country into the United States.

You need an import permit issued by APHIS if you want to order plants from another country. The company will handle the export side of things only. You're responsible for the import, and compliance with US laws.
