Just to let you know: I emailed the link to this thread to the dealer! See what happens. If he cares about the bad publicity he's getting....

oops yes, it was mentioned.
Out of curiosity, I found this. Makes me think 2x about purchasing GCs.

What about returns, exchanges or problems with the merchandise purchased?
You should familiarize yourself with a business’s return and exchange policies before you complete your purchase with a Gift Card. If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise purchased with your Gift Card, you will be subject to the business’s return and exchange policies. If the business agrees to issue a credit to your Gift Card for merchandise returned, these funds may not be available for 3 to 7 days.

Purchases made with the Gift Card and eGift Card are similar to those made with cash or travelers cheques. You cannot stop payment or set up a billing inquiry on these transactions. You should address any problem or dispute directly with the business.

I already told them that I asked on OB about the plant and if it was normal.

Its sad but I did receive the orchid I did. I didnt choose it. Compare it to the other one I got that has 6 healthy pbulbs, 3 spikes and over 50 buds for nearly the same price its obvious something went wrong.

I will say that the lady (Sherry IIRC) was really nice when I talked to her last week. She informed me that the Jerry had just had surgery and was still on the mend apparently.

I got the replacement on Dec. 24th. I ended up giving it to a friend as I already had another that was much healthier.

They did stick to their word in the end.

Well, the orchid bloomed and guess what? Its the yellow variety! Too bad it was supposed to be the red. Oh well. Just beware when ordering from these guys.
