Before you get excited wait and see what this replacement plant looks like.......

Its been almost a week and nothing has come in the mail. Quietly loosing out hope and I figured Im just going to eat the costs on this one. I'll give it two more days before I start to demand a refund.

Well, I emailed yesterday informing them that I threw away the Twinkle. Havent got anything back. I tried calling and it went to the answering machine three times throughout the day. I left two messages the first day I got the orchid and got nothing back so I wasnt playing that game again.

I would NOT recommend OrchidsAmore.com or Pelican Coast Farms, INC for your orchid buying needs. Sure, it was a small purchase but it doesnt matter how much you spend as you are still a customer.

thank you and sorry for sparing me that bullet. i was going to place a large order of vandas from them in the spring. i had asked for a pic of one of the vandas before and was a scraggly plant but i felt it mightve been just that one plant they snapped. carmelas orchids sells good plants as well :)

if you paid via a c/c, you could raise a disputed charge ?
I have never been that unfortunate but you have a case to get your money back.
