I just got my order from them a few days ago. Despite a snowstorm, bitter cold, and Canada Post ignoring the request to keep the item at the post office for pick up instead of delivery (2 days out in the cold for attempted delivery), I got it 5 days after shipping and the heat pack was still warm.
Excellent packaging, beautifully healthy plants that were exactly as shown and was even refunded money because shipping was less than expected. I ordered from their ebay store: zygopetalumsstore

I'm glad to hear it too. Our society would like to try an order in the future but we didn't have a lot to go on.

I just took the plunge over the weekend and bought 3 orchids from him , responds to emails quick , lets hope all 3 get here in good shape , was suppose to ship today . i will have 3 more to my collection of 4

That is good news. I haven't been there yet but they have some great plants on their website.

I have bought a Miltoncidium Cindy Pinky Lee from Zygopedilum Near Vancouver, off ebay. They also have a website but you have to ask them for a price list and there are no photos. That is shame, because they have a great selection of vandaceous.

Zephyrus Orchids - Oldcastle, Ontario - beautiful paphs, some cats, and some other misc. different stuff.

I also 2nd the notes on Orchids in our Tropics and Crystal Star - good experiences.

Cloud's Orchids are the greatest!Warren is so helpful,ordering is totally user friendly and the orchids are A-One.Never once had a problem,plants are always well wrapped and arrive when stated.The spring catalogue is something we eagerly await and at the end of June they usually add some different plants.We have ordered from Cloud's 5 or six times and are always amazed when our order arrives.
We have a few phals we got from Carter and Holmes through Orchids in our Tropics and were also very happy with the plants, they have grown and bloomed fro us trouble free and would recommend Carter and Holmes.
