Yea, Im happy with them. The pegu is going to be a learning experience but its a cheapish orchid so if I lose it, it wont break my heart. lol

Your orchids really look great, I'm going to check out what they have and maybe order one or two. Thanks for posting the pictures, now I know they will come well packed

So I ordered from them yesterday for the first time and spent over $100.
I spoke to them on the phone to find out if they were having back-log from orders during the winter months and stated that i had to travel soon and hoped that they could try and push out my order as soon as they could. The lady was very pleasant in telling me that their sales reps were out on lunch and that she could call me back or when I place the order online just to make a note in the order comments box. I did and they actually shipped out the plants a few hours later and sent me the tracking information. They are supposed to get here saturday morning; I will update on how it all turned out.
Overall I am very pleased at their attention to detail thus far.

I think Hausermann's really tries hard. Most of my orchids come from them and I have always been pleased. Their service has been very good.

I think I finally got a lemon from them though. Looking like I got an orchid that is sprouting a terminal spike.

That isn't really something a vendor can control (unless they shipped it with the spike). I just had a 'terminal' spike on my sedirea japonica. After it finished blooming, I dug out as much of the spike as I could (it was worth a try) and, now, I have the start of a new leaf, I think.

Yea, they have no control over that. So imo that is not so much to do with the service and quality of the vendor.
