Default Dowery orchids

this is where alot of my specie phals have came from. dwayne is a very honest man with great prices and service. you should email him first before you send him a order just to double check on wether it is still in stock. he is not a big time commercialdealer so his stock is limited and will not be getting anymore in this year i believe. a highly recommended choice on where to order your plants

THE****************************** DOWERY****************************** ORCHID****************************** NURSERY

my schill and my Phal. aphrodite subsp. formosana 'Da Wu Mountain' came from peter at Main Page - Big Leaf Orchids
but understand that these two plants are kinda rare and were pricey but were well worth it to me. he has a excellent choice on phal species and hybrids as well and some of these will only be found on his site

Cool Dowery Orchids - any experience ordering from them?

they look like they have some interesting phals. I just received an email announcing their updated stock. One of the pictures they sent was of a Phal venosa. I had always thought they were a yellow overlaid to a greater or lesser extent by a mahogany colour. But this one looked totally different. Can there be differences in bloom colour within a species? I can't copy the picture properly but the bloom was white with a splotch of a dark raspberry colour on the "petals" of the flower.

Has anyone ordered from them?

regards, m

I think Tindo either has a pending order with them or has just received it.

I just recieved, last night my order from Dowery. The plants came in great condition. My Phalaenopsis gibbosa had 3 fully rooted kiekies! I also ordered Phalaenopsis chibae and P. deliciosa, in double spike and bud!

Orchidwiz shows 2 pics and both are the yellow/mahogany combo.

I did a Google Images search and there are lots of photos to see. Most of them are the same color combo...the ones that are different colors seem to be the hybrids with venosa as a parent.
