Default Sent the wrong orchid

This has happened to me twice now. I ordered from two different vendors and gotten the wrong orchid. I just recieved an Vuyl. 'Tawny Tart' from Chestfield but what I order was a Mtssa. Shelob "Tolkien". I really had my heart set on it becuase I loved the author. What should I do? Send it back? Does this happen often.

This will sound odd but...
when you were ordering, did you notice a little question on the order form asking if a replacement could be used if they didn't have the one you wanted?

That might be the problem.

I would contact them and get it fixed. Any reputable vendor will work with you to solve the problem.

I'll keep the orchid and chock it up to lesson learned. Its nice and healthy and an award winnner. Next time I'll ask to send a b grade plant or a substitution if there is one.

Hi Richard,
If you're still interested, there's a great vendor on ebay that has the "Tolkien"...I bought mine from her, and it's HUGE!
