You'll have serious wallet issues

the higher priced plants that he sells are some of the best plants i have seen and would highly recommend buying one if you can. i will be buying from him again here very shortly and have no problem buying the plant(s) i want. My last one i purchased was a stem prop from a jungle grown plant it does not get much closer than that for a true species here in ohio, i have yet to find anything similar to this in the local grocery store around here. not to sound like i am criticizing you Lin but i am tired of buying a phal that has a tag that just says ORCHID on it. the schills from oak hill are no guarantee they are fragrant and on other sites no guarantee on the mottle leaf, i have both. i used to look at his plants and think the exact same thing that he must be nuts, but the way he handles the plants and his customer service in my opinion is flawless. after placing this order i recieved a phone call from him explaining things to me about this plant and some others i am interested in. ny next purchase from him will total more than my new truck payment for a month, i will have this truck for maybe another five years and will cost more in maintenace, the plants god forbid will outlast me with very little in cost over that span. i will not blink a eye when i make this purchase for i know what i will be recieving before it arrives with absolutely no surprises.

I totally agree Dennis. I personally am ready to "upgrade" my collection as you seem to be doing also. My wallet does scream when I buy these plants but I scream with joy when they arrive.

But for others out there, if the box store orchids make you happy, then that's all that matters.

Dennis, that's not what I meant. I love Peter's plants and have about eight which might not sound like a ton, but it's a serious percentage of my collection.

What I meant by serious wallet issues is that there is always something wonderful and different on his website. I always find several more that I am just dying to have. In fact I have at least two that I will order as soon as finances will allow.
