If so, that's a must have for me from Oak Hill!

I've got a Sara Gold but it's not 'Sogo'...and I didn't get this one from Oak Hill but:

it's a lovely orchid and you can't go wrong getting anything from Oak Hill. Greg and the rest of the people there are fantastic!

Beautiful Susanne. Did you get that one from Hausermann's (noticed the name on the pic)?

Well here's an update on my repotted efforts from the other night. This is the one that was in the icky potting mix that had turned to pretty much black dirt. First bloom opened overnight last night. So yeah, now I'm REALLY not a believer in the whole "don't repot while the plant is in bloom" deal.

Absolutely beautiful!

I am one of the folks who go against the 'norm' and repot every orchid as soon as it gets home...spiking, budding or blooming! I'm happy to say I've never lost any from doing it and I've saved quite a few. You never know what you're gonna find under there. I only use aliflor so the bark and sphag that they come in has to go anyway
