I've had the same issue with them, re - not answering emails promptly, if at all.
Orchids from them have been of good quality, just the basic hassle of emailing and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, then remailing, etc. was too much time and effort for the end result.
Thus, I have moved on to other vendors who provide better customer service and equally good plants.
Oh well!
