Bedford Orchids....

This is not really a feedback post, but this particular sub-forum seems like the best place to post my question.

I understand that Bedford has a reputation of producing some very nice phal hybrids. Their website does not appear to have been updated with new offerings for sometime. Does anyone know when the website is scheduled to be updated or is it just best to contact them directly?

never heard of them, but i would suggest contacting them directly. they will probably help you out just fine

Hi Pete,

Bedford has been around for a while and does indeed have nice phal breeding. The owner Howard Ginsberg is a lawyer and the Quebec chair with the Toronto AOS judging Center. It is best to contact him directly and he can be slow to reply.

Howard has been a vendor, judge and presentor at our annual show for many years.

In the last few years he has also been working with mini catts, so it might be good to check that out also if you're interested.

Hmmmm, I thought I would revive this thread instead of making a new one, but has anyone heard about the status of Bedford? I've been searching around on the web, and I've found nothing that points to him being active anymore. . . I've seen a few examples of his Phals, and they are quite awesome, and I see that there are many hybrids registered with the name Bedford in them.
