They only tell me about mail shipping and I asked them if there is any option to send me the plants by courier. They didn't say a word.
I am sure they've mailed the parcel and I trusted them, but not sending me the tracking number and the bad communication after I payed the money is not ok from my point of view. I had much better communication with German vendors.
If the parcel is lost or has problem at the custom I can't even do anything.
