I just ordered two plants from them, and I have to say that I'm quite happy with my order. My plants took about a week to arrive, and they made it in great shape. They sent me two very healthy, disease-free plants, complete with a catalog of their inventory. The plants were packed well, and there were actually markings in the box to tell me what was where and how I should take it out.
They also do a great job with regard to e-mails. I sent them an e-mail to ask about some items that were not on their website, and their prices. It took no longer than a day for me to get a response. The person also sent me great substitution suggestions for plants that they didn't have in stock.
The only negative feedback I have is the fact that their stuff is quite expensive. A lot of charges tend to come from the shipping and handling, though the inventory itself can get quite pricey. However, given the high quality of the plants that you receive, and the great service, the high prices are understandable.
You'd better believe I'll be ordering from them again.
