I bought a few plants from them about a year and a half ago - they were all quite nice and healthy
The two that were mounted, were on cedar shingles however and roots were not attached. Also there was a heavy amount of sphag.
I took both those plants off those mounts.
It looks like the plant you linked to is not on a cedar shingle, so that would be a good thing I think
