Silla-Glamour warning

Hello everybody,
Just want to explain my very bad experience with SLLA--GLAMOUR, JIE ZHEN
She is a lier, i bough some flask and plants in her eBay shop in january and nothing arrived.
She is very clever, always does business out of eBay then if something happen like my case you can not leave a bad feedback in her shop.
This is the last before mail, because i sent may mails asking for my order:

Because nothing arrived i sent a lot of mail to SILLA--GLAMOUR and finally she answer:

Hi Gurigorio, no misunderstanding we are busy checking your parcel out and found that it had been misplaced by our custom side, plant/flask was broken in the parcel and the office told us the parcel gives off a stinking smell and thus got them destroyed before even sending them out. We was not informed because we didn't left any contact number for the parcel. We truly apologize this incident and we will have them reshipped out no worry.

But nothing arrived, i told her if she doesn´t sent me the money back i going to buy a few items in her shop and leave a very bad feedback and explain everything. But she blocking me in her shop and i can not do it.
That´s why she said in her shop "before buy please contact me", then when you contact her and you buy somethig she sent you the payment through paypal not through eBay.
And after 45 days you can not claim anything.

SO TAKE CARE WHEN YOU BUY IN SILLA--GLAMOUR EBAY SHOP SHE IS A LIER

Hello and thanks to our very alert OB members for bringing this post to our (mods) attention. While it does fall outside the parameters of feedback posting rules, we've decided to let it stay. Our reasoning is that it is not just hearsay...it is a copy of the emails and if any further details are needed, the member who posted it can be contacted privately.

I do want to point out that although I was tempted to remove the part that states "she is a lier (sp)" as that would be considered "FLAMING" which is a huge here...I have left it alone because I'm not interested in editing posts on OB..
