Has anybody ordered from silla-glamour orchids?

I'm posting this as an OB member and NOT as a moderator...or ambassador

I ordered a flask and all seemed to be going well. I got a notice that it was shipped but it still hasn't arrived. I've been in contact with silla, who keeps telling me not to worry and that they're there to help...but it's now been 3 days since my last PM and no response.

I am not familiar with international shipping so this may be par for the course but that butterfly in my gut is telling me something's wrong

I'm starting to worry and was wondering if anybody else has any experience
