Buying orchids in Canada

I agree with every one, Paramount is excellent. Cloud's is very well priced, I plan on ordering from them when the weather warms up!

I know that vascostylis can bloom often and are fragrant.
I'm hoping to find a red, but it is nice to have an orchid source close by.

He has just recently got his website built and I think more pictures will come eventually. He is coming to our society in Sask. next month for a talk and bringing plants from our pre-order. Our president met him at his greenhouse last year and he has quite a bit and travels out of country for stuff.

His prices seem reasonable. I will check out his whole site and see what other goodies he has for me!
As for Cloud orchids, I used to buy from them at shows when we lived in Ontario, and always found their stock healthy.

Paramount in Calgary has a large selection of different types of orchids and they are usually blooming size and healthy. I have ordered good sized Milts from Orchids In Our tropics in Ontario and the shipping was reasonable, and plant price very reasonable for the size they were. they have other things too, but I think their web site is way out of date. You have to e-mail them for up to date info.

We have no large orchid resource closer than 600 km. for orchids or many supplies.

Unfortunately, these two places have very little in the way of vandaceous orchids, which I'm looking for.
