Hi there again. It's the COS orchid sale at RF on the weekend of the 23rd of October. Rolando is going and I think at least one other member of the OB. We are trying to meet on Sunday. I hope you can go so we can all get together.

Remember, you promised to give it back.

Since we're talking about pots thought I'd throw this link out there. John lives in my town and his wife Kathy is a member of my orchid society. He's been making beautiful pots as long as I've lived here. I have one of his cache pots in red. I've been wanting to get one of his volcano pots too.

I'll be there Maria.
What are fetish pots? Why are they called "fetish" pots?

Fetish pots are inspired by primitive ceremonial urns and bowls from around the world. They are called Fetish pots because each has a Zuni fetish animal attached to the top. Most fetish animals are characterized by bears, birds, coyote etc. They are carved by the Zuni tribe from turquoise, soapstone and other stones important to Zuni culture.
