I know your pain
. You want the plant you bought. But I seriously doubt that you will get anywhere even if you get through to Costa. A large grower supplying Lowes don't much care about one little plant. I would take it back and get the refund. Especially since you paid big bucks for it. If it has a name you should be able to find another or take a picture and post it, someone here on OB might be able to identify it for you. My feeling is if you paid good money you should have a good healthy plant. Get the refund & save it for another better chid.
