I'm sorry about your troubles Carl and hope you get them straightened out to your satisfaction. I did go back and reread your thread on the GW and it was sloppy reading on my part

I guess it is my warped sense of fairness that when someone is put on trial both sides need to be heard.

Good luck with getting it straightened out.

Wow, $180!!! That's crazy. I wonder why they never shipped your plants; obviously they received your money. Things are strange these days, I tell ya...but I've never paid for somethng and not received it, that would make me REALLY mad!! I'm glad you got it all worked out - just shows that a little persistence (or in your case, A LOT of persistence for $180!) really pays off... No one should ever let these things go - its to your benefit to speak up!!

i emailed you monday getting ready to ship you did not reply. i simply wanted wanted to get an ok and if the plants are to your liking. I guess not..

Regarding the shipping... the thing of it is. they will sit outside of my house the carrier picks it up for me because i am not home and will be at work. that is how I ship my plants...
the shipping label was going to be purchased through paypal so i do not go in the post office.

I think the problem was i am sending you email through my phone and not getting through. But as far as the funds Paypal will hold the funds as they are right now and will releases it to you once they are done with their investigation.

I work in the morning 8 till pm and use my phone a lot for emails. I noticed that when email is coming through ebay and i reply using my phone it does not go through. ( just found that out)

I will not send you ugliest plant as you can see in the auctions I just listed they are blooming size plants and purpurata pink is a mature division and all of them are in sheath.

I sold lots of orchids and expensive ones and awarded divisions and not here to ruin my reputation at all for 180. I am not here to rip you off or i would not make this effort at all to right the hassle or your wasted time of waiting for the plants and even offer you a nice plant that easily sells for more than 75.00 and not commonly available?

Jellybeanaiko, we try to keep things factual around here and free of personal attacks. Carl posted a simple summary stating his experience. You however, opened your first post with personal attacks and insults. Because of this, I will never order from you. Sorry, YOU did this to yourself, NOT Carl. I would not run the risk of having problems with an order just to be treated in this manner. Professionalism is a must regardless of the circumstances.

My personal feeling is that you only strengthened Carl's story and weakened your own by making this post. Carl clearly indicated to you on March 7 that if you planned to ship the plants the following Monday, he did want them. It was you who took until that Monday (two days later) to reply to him asking again if he still wanted the plants that he already indicated he did. I thought his reply was up front, if you ship Monday he wanted them, anything else, refund the money. It also appears that you left out a number of emails since the problem had clearly been ongoing as of the earliest email in your post. Hopefully this can be a learning expereince for all and everyone can move forward from here.
