Well, everybody here knows that I like things to go smoothly and have everybody play nice together
but when there's a problem, folks need to stand up for themselves.

I hope everything works out well...and that folks realize how valuable our vendor feedback forum really is

I hope the situation plays in your favor buddy!
If not (I dont advocate violence) Id recommend going over to someone's house and breaking their legs! That will teach em to stop sending horrible plants!

A vendor needs to clearly recognize, that one-time buys do not pay off- its the repeat purchases and building relationships. Unfortunately this seller doesnt get it. If you look an any successful orchid vendor you find they tend to the needs of their customers first, and make sure they never send less than the best and if they mess up- THEY RECOVER the situation!

There is one word that comes to mind...well, uh, I can't say it here, but I would leave negative feedback, some vendors, namely one, threaten to take legal action if you leave negative feedback. Seems to me like this particular vendor is in the habit of selling crappy plants and likes to blame the buyer for it. Her defense is rather weak! I'm with Cookiemonster, legs would be broken!!

Of course being sent seedlings for what was "bloom size" is crappy. And yes, I was duped.
But for the seller to attack the buyer...and accuse them of being unscrupulous is even crappier.
Leave negative feedback. File a dispute with paypal or your credit card company. I would also write a letter that you as a buyer feel threatened.

In Nov. I bought a book thru buy it now . Book did not come I emailed the seller several times no reply . Finally got an email saying there had been a death in the family that they had been away promised to send out the orders the day after Thanksgiving .
I understand things happen I waited and waited no book no reply to emails, Christmas came and went .
I paid thru pay pal ,filed a dispute it was the talk to the seller thing Huh! that was the problem .
I went direct to the credit card carrier and had the charge removed . I was told pay pal collects a percentage of the disputed charge I know for fact they charge to write a check out of your account .. Gin

That's a terrible situation. I'll certainly never buy from that seller. You should also file a complaint with Ebay regarding the feedback they left you. It is against Ebay policy the last time I checked.

After haven this dead plant in my house for 2 weeks it start smelling..so i tossed it in the garbage
Yesterday i get a e-mail from paypal stating that if i send the plant back To pc orchids,pc orchids would refund my money. go figure right lol......this is now week 3.5...so i was just going to cut my lose and forget about it and close the refund claim.....
Started talking to Becky and cam about in chat...Got me all fired up about it again..
They Said if it was them they would e-mail paypal and describe the situation and bug them a little.... that something may come of it..So i did..i got this e-mail back form pay pal Today

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor.

You have indicated that a partial refund of $30.30 USD would not be satisfactory.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.

glad i listen to Becky and Cam!!!
