Hi Dave,
I was there about 3 years ago and the guy that was always in charge, 'the old guy', not sure what his name is has retired completely. He was over 80 when I was there. They were selling off whatever they had in the green house. I was told that that they're completely getting out of orchids as he is not able to keep up with the daily grind.
Seems that someone took over, but perhaps if the heart and passion are not there, the service and quality are lacking also.
I'm just speculating, but it would make sense to me.
M.

After some years I thought I would see what they had to offer and placed an order. This time I was not impressed with the service, quality or selection of plants. They were very slow to respond to my emails and the quality of my plants was not great. One plant was damaged in transit and it was 4 weeks before a replacement was arranged.
I would not deal with them again.
