Thank you. The same thought crossed my mind as well. Maybe someone new got mixed up. Thank you from r the kind word about the shop. It helps to set proper mindset.

Cattleya, Epdendrum and Encyclia have very similar care. Don't worry too much about them now. Give general Cattleya care. Just keep the Phalaenopsis in the shade near a window and it will be fine for now.
Edit: Did you take into account the different time zone in Hawaii?
