looking to contact a vendor who owes me plants

sold on ebay as rapturevine. I believe his real name may be Ivan Romero. phone has been disconnected. I bought a couple cattleyas in Nov/Dec and weather was an issue...but now it's not, and I can't reach the guy.

Open a case or just contact eBay. They will help in contacting. They may just issue you a refund. I never heard of him or seen his listings. But if sounds like it could be anything from a health issue to scammer. Is he on Etsy or have a FB?

yeah the problem is I ordered in the fall, and too much time has elapsed. from the feedback others have gotten plants. I'm going to do more digging. from what I gather this guy sells lots of cattleyas. maybe just a new phone. but that's highly irresponsible at best, swindler at worst.
