I finally got a reply when I emailed them a couple of times to sales and also their info email, they are willing to send a different Orchid as they don't have the one which I ordered or refund with shipping charges.
If helps anyone, I was emailing
sales@ecuagenera.com, but I realized they have
sales@ecuagenera.net email id as well, as I had some communication before with them, as soon as I emailed to .net email ID I received a reply.
