I try not cast bad press on shop where I only shop once but I have silly story about Norman last year.
I gave them a call if their Bellina will be on display during open house so I can come and buy them. They said yes, so I went the next day to find out the Bellina wasnt anywhere to be found. One of the employee then tell me to just order deliver online. It wasn't worth the cost when I can just drive over, so I decided I'll just wait for another cheaper alternative. I came back for the 2nd day open house out of boredom then viola, the Phal Bellina was there on display. I asked the clerk again if I can purchase them now since I am already here and they have them in store. I don't know why it took the clerks more than 15 mins to give me reply but as soon as the clerk was about to say something, one of Norman's brother interrupted him and told me that I have to purchase them online. They then started mumbling loudly as they walked off, I was so confused this was a mess and drove home in puzzlement.
Anyway they didn't want my stinky hand it seems and I walked out emty handed. Eventually my interest for the Bellina faded as my eyes turned for the Gigantea instead. I know Norman have a lot of Gigantea, so I'm thinking of causing chaos and confusion at their open house again if no other shop have Gigantea.
