I don't have any experience dealing with them as far as a problem with my order. I do see the various comments on Amazon, and I wonder.
I reviewed the terms and the condition of the plant in the description carefully prior to ordering. I had a pretty good idea of what I ordered should look like when I received it, and what I received matched the description. And that's what I find is the issue with Amazon: inadequate descriptions. If there's a description that's not clear from the seller, then I just don't buy.
I guess it's a
caveat emptor or buyer beware. And if there's a plant you're liking there but can find it elsewhere, that may be a better solution for you. But if you feel that you understand the description given by Orchid Insanity, then go for it with Amazon's return policy.
I didn't feel my experience was a poor one. I also have not bought another plant from them.
