Lesson learned... use a payment method (like credit card not debit) or service (like PayPal) or platform (like eBay or Amazon) that will give you some support if the product isn't delivered (or is defective)

It has been 11 weeks since any activity on his company FB page as well.
I can understand your frustration, even I complained to esty when I was getting messages something like he is no longer member of Esty. I would suggest give a try to contact Esty support if you have any receipt / purchase history over there.

Hi Roberta,

Sorry to hijacking the post, but I am not able to open your website since last month, if I purchase any new orchid I usually check on your website where do you keep them inside/outdoor for reference, but I can't open anything else than home page page, is it something changed?

If you are using Chrome, try another browser. Chrome complains about http:// sites and tries to change them to https:// which doesn't exist. My site hasn't changed, but Chrome has... A couple of ways... I have found that if you go to orchidcentral.net, THEN click the link to my site, it usually works. (my site is actually orchidcentral.org but there 's a link from the Fascination of Orchids website. orchidcentral.org works fine from Edge and DuckDuckGo.) I really don't want to have to pay for a SSL certificate that I don't need - there is nothing interactive on the site that needs security.

The status of Triton is disappointing.

Michael bought wholesale from a number of nurseries and resold the plant - much as I did early on. Plus, he was doing something similar with parrots and I think, puppies of his dog. I suspect he just got overwhelmed, but didn’t have enough business sense to pull it off.

Thanks Roberta.

Surprisingly it worked when I just checked otherwise I was planning to try in Safari.

Nothing that I did... something that Chrome did, I suspect. Anyhow, issue seems to be resolved until the next time they break it...

And I am assuming that he took my 200$ and spent it, not putting it in escro or a similar business acct until the customer (me) got her goods. That is the most armature business mistakes. In the real world you would end up in front of a judge for that. As a customer, I can be told "buyer beware." I asked him for a refund numerous times. This was theft.
