After much searching, I finally found a place to buy grodan growcubes in reasonable quantities to test a mix of rockwool+leca on my Phrags! I thought the info could be of use for other EU growers looking for these cubes.
I have been following Kay's Orchid Factory on FB for years, and she sells some orchids, flasking materials and flasking services along with extra stuff for growing orchids.
Rockwool Grodan growcube - 1cm x 1 cm- 5 Liters
I ordered in early July, had it shipped to my mother in France to save on shipping costs and picked it up when we went to visit.
Shipping was faster than expected, though I think I overestimated how much rockwool there actually is in 10 liters (I might order more next time I visit). I can't say anything about her plants since I didn't order any.
