Has anyone had any experience with this supplier and their shipping times?

I made a purchase 12 days ago and have had no communication since. I have emailed 3 times, crickets.

I hope you will hear from them soon. Some of the best vendors from whom I have bought plants, including orchids, failed to answer email. I have found it best to call after a few days if I do not get a response with email. Good luck!

I looked this up and it is in Ohio. I just ordered some additional herbs from Companion Plants, also in Ohio, and they emailed me that it is too hot to ship the plants safely just now so they will not be shipping right away. It is possible that your place might not want to ship the orchids because of the heat, too. Temperatures in the high 80's F and low 90's F is hot for Ohio. Just a thought. They should have emailed you to let you know, though, in my opinion. If I have questions, though, and I do not get a reply to email, I call the vendor after a few days. As indicated, I have discovered that there are many vendors that just do not check their email regularly...for whatever reason. Good luck and let us know what happens!

Well I emailed a total of 6 times and reached out through facebook twice with no response. It's been two weeks so I got my refund through PayPal.

By the way, this vendor never said a word to me, didn't respond to a single message. I strongly advise against using this horrible company.
