Hi,
Another recent first order from a polish vendor which turned out to be okay but let me tell you, i was soooooooooooo afraid
The communication was terrible! To some of my e-mails and questions they didn't even bother to answer. I was most puzzled about the shipping prices as it wasn't a black or white case that i have to pay XX amount but there were 7(!!!!!) options and no instructions or further details about which shipping option means what. They simply told me to chose the most expensive..... (not a good start)... But the plants were already super cheap and while i was trying to convince myself for weeks to forget about them coz they're shady they just discounted a whole bunch of items on my wishlist! Shoot... So i've sent my order with a shipping cost in the mid range. And here comes the - trickiest part - right after i've sent my order i've come across some video reviews about them and also the comment section, boy.. it was more than dishearthening! Almost everybody was complaining about getting wet packages with rotten dead orchids or at least in hardly salvageable condition from this vendor.
Man... I regretted ordering from them in an instant and was in agony for 5 days til it arrived (shipping was very fast!!). I was even more anxious that they sent the package so soon, coz the plants must be sogging wet in the box..
Contacted them again about my fears (and to prepare them for a probable complaint) and the response was that these videos and comments must be the work of their concurrent.. well.. let's say i didn't buy that.. But eventually the plants were not wet!!! Thank God!!!! They arrived in proper condition and i was sooooooooo relieved....
Here's my order:
Phalaenopsis Ambotrana x bellina
Phalaenopsis tetraspis 'C2'
Phalaenopsis venosa 'Chestnut' x 'Taiwan Darkness'
Phalaenopsis violacea var. indigo × sib
Phalaenopsis Yin's Green Jewel
Phalaenopsis Princess Kaiulani Flava x Chienlung Corningosa Red
Well this tetraspis is huge AF, i'll give it that!
Wonderful plant! Venosa had a flower and a bud, dropped the flower quite soon but the bud continued growing and it's blooming again for me. Guess what, Yin's Green Jewel had 4 plants in the pot!!!
Crazy... I'm only mad about the violacea indigo, it's the tiniest (bottom row in the middle), definately not a flowering size as it should have been but i'm still delirious that all of them are alive so i don't have energy to complain
Overall i'm just grateful that i was a lucky one and i don't know yet if i would risk ordering from them again. They are so freakin' cheap!!!!! I mean less than 8 euro for the YGJ with 4 plants... and the same for the blooming venosa.. yeah i might be crazy enough to try them again
Don't blame it on me..
