First order from Salon Orchidei PL

Hi,
I've just recently received my first order from this vendor and i'd like to share my impressions with you.
My overall opinion is very positive with them!
For communication they get a big plus, they quickly replied to my questions via e-mail, and regarding a specific plant they even said that they could send me the exact same plant that has been displayed on the webshop pictures. That is quite reasuring!
It obviously took a few days for them to pack up and post the plants after ordering but the parcel got here (from Poland to Hungary) on the 7th day so it was pretty fast and the plants were in proper condition.
So i've ordered the following items:

Phalaenopsis Little Fox (javanica x mariae)
Phalaenopsis javanica var. alba
Phalaenopsis gigantea 'Jumbo Orchids' x Phal. sumatrana 'Green Gold'
Phalaenopsis violacea Blue Malaysia x P. violacea Dark Red Norton
Phalaenopsis amboinensis var. flavida
Phalaenopsis bastianii




A few words about the plants:
OMG Little Fox is the opposite, it's a beast!!! Even bigger than the gigantea hybrid and has 5 flower spikes already The 2 of them can hardly fit on the windowsill.. The foliage could be better and the root system's not that satisfactory on both of them but i'm sure they'll improve in time. Bastianii's huge as well with 2 spikes. The amboinensis could be in a better shape coz some of the leaves have black spotting indicating a previous fungal rot but whatever, they're not spreading so it's fine by me. Javanica alba's still tiny but it's supposed to be as it's still a seedling And the violacea came in bloom! So freakin' pretty.....


And guess what! They've sent me a surprise!! This package had a smiley on it so i was suspicious I got a tiny Phal. lobbii as a gift! (1st picture upper row in the middle.) How thoughtful of them!! I don't know if it's flowering size but i know it's a small species.

So that is all, i'm loving these plants and looking forward to see their development in my care.

And i'll be definately checking out this vendor's stock in the future!

Well okay this is a very good nursery indeed
My second order just arrived and i am very pleased with them!!
First of all, i've sent my order only on Tuesday Within an our the package has been registered and in transit. It took 2 days and i'm super happy that it didn't get stuck in the post office for the weekend.
The plants are huge and healthy, a bit dehydrated of course but with very good root systems. I'll shoot pics once i'm home.
So it's a very big thumbs up again and i will definately keep an eye on their webshop

Weird lighter colour on part of the new leaf What do you think might have caused this?
