Update: they definately replied since, and offered to pay back the money for that seedling so they're also perfect regarding customer service. < Of course i'm fair (a.k.a. the biggest idiot in the world who wouldn't take a chance on a free plant) so i declined in case the plant recoveres - which it seems to do so i'm still happy i get the chance to grow that little beauty
