Tropical Orchid Farm
I put in this order last month and got an email saying Kathy broke her foot, so the shipment would be delayed. I'm patient. I got my shipment today and they included an extra plant as a bonus. It happened to be one that I was eyeing but ultimately didn't buy, so that worked out. I like that they included similar plants as the purchase.
I also appreciate that considering the prices, the plants are all larger than I expected. I've had a great experience with Hausermann, but when I buy a $10 plant from them, it really does look $10. TOF sells plants at $10 or $12 that I expected to have only a stem or two, with one or two sets of leaves. What I actually got was between 5-10 stems. Only foreign vendors like Ecuagenera have had better value so far. Orchid Dynasty came close.
One Oncidium looks a bit dehydrated, but they are all green and spotless. And all 4 tested negative for viruses. Shipping from Hawaii to California was super quick.
Highly recommended! They have lots of species. The Dendrobium section Spatulata ones are standouts in my opinion!
