If you don't know him yet, Alexej Popow is a reputable eBay seller. He's pecialised in Paph and Phrag but sells pretty much everything, even house plants.
He sometimes sells incredibly rare orchids for a very fair price and is super reactive to messages.
This summer I asked for an item that he used to stock, he charged less than the regular price and sent it the day after.

I will also vouch for Popow - unfortunately, he only ships to the US from shows, and there haven't been any lately. But I have received outstanding plants from him. 100%. I found him slow to respond to emails, but top quality plants.I have ordered directly from his website.
