It was probably a sign that I really didn't need to get more plants 😂

I had trouble with his website doing that when I made my order. He'd appreciate the feedback... it seems to have been fixed for awhile. I solved the problem by picking up the phone and placing my order the old fashioned way. I got some really nice plants...including a Podangis dactyloceras.

Ha! I should have mentioned Flash was the culprit explicitly. Chrome really makes you jump through hoops to make it work! Perhaps I should try an alternate browser. 😆

Shade thrown by Roberta 😎 🤣

I get that the phone thing is an option but I've gotten so used to NOT needing to do that. And I honestly hate talking on the phone in general.

Interesting... I was just annoyed when it lost my order and emptied my shopping cart. (I was using Firefox... but I think Flash is turned off for security either by the browser or Kaspersky) Alan grows orchids really well... his son does the website, sounds like the latter needs work.

Yes, I believe all modern browsers restrict Flash because it is such a major security risk. You have to explicitly allow it to run, and a lot of permissions have to be granted.

Adobe will no longer update Flash after the end of this year so anyone who is using it should migrate to HTML5 as the major browsers will totally block it after that.

I just ordered from him as well. He told me the web store is under construction so changes likely coming to the website.

He posts his list on the company Instagram page as well
