I'm putting on my admin hat for a moment and writing this as a reminder for all those who will read this thread: Orchidboard does not condone purchasing orchids from abroad without the proper paperwork. You are free to do as you wish, but having the proper paperwork for your country is usually legal requirement (check with your local authorities), and can include the following: phytosanitary certificate, CITES permit, import permit.

*admin hat off* I will agree that they have a really nice selection of orchids on their website! Though as usual, once you factor in the costs of all the paperwork, buying local is far more affordable...

And I thought I went through the website pretty well........thank you greatly for the effort Camille! I'll have to give it another look, as I'm unaware of a US source for the orchid I mentioned.

totally general warning but international shipping is really wonky right now and i would not invest too much in any purchases because the carriers are all changing how they are prioritizing certain mail, cutting off certain routes AND changing the liability language in their form so you are NOT as protected if the package doesn't make it

You have to scroll to the bottom of the page, click on "Help center", and the link for the paperwork info is at the bottom of that page.
