I have no advice for your problem, only solidarity.

I just love opening boxes that contain plants.

If I had more space for more plants, I would probably be doing the same. I received seven compact Cattleyas from Sunset Valley Orchids at the beginning of March, two orchids this past week from Hausermann's (another Vanilla and another Angraecum leonis) and, next week, I will be getting a bunch of plants from Logees. And...my space for plants is filled.

I'm jealous of you guys. I ordered from Hausermann's in January but they can't ship yet it to the west coast due to low temps! I'll just live vicariously through your hauls...

Oooo, nice selection! I especially like the Oncidium Tsiku Marguerite! I have a Onc. Rosy Sunset 'Pacific Satin' which also shares the pollen parent of Onc. Sotoanum. I've wanted to have a Sedirea (now Phal.) Japonica. I've heard it smells like a lemony soap-like scent. Roger of Roger's Orchids has a friend, John, who describes it as something different, though. Start the video at 14:45 and listen to what he says; the reference to the Sedirea Japonica ends at 15:45.
