Has anyone ordered anything from this vendor. The vendor is a seller on EBAY. I ordered a cymbidium plant over a month ago and I still haven't received. They sent me a tracking number but the item can't be tracked. I'm worried now because the vendor has numerous negative feedbacks on EBAY. I need to start reading feedbacks before I place an order. If I got scammed, I know how to deal with it. I just hope that the seller is a reputable vendor.

If the shipping label was created for a future ship date - I have several orders already packed on Saturday to go out Monday, for example - tracking will tell you either “label created” or “cannot find it”, depending upon the carrier. It will show up when scanned upon pickup.

If, on the other hand, that is not the case, file a complaint with eBay immediately to get your money back.

I ordered 2 Cymbidiums from him a couple of years ago. He shipped regular mail, which took about 3.1/2 weeks to get to me.

Plants were in sad condition when they arrived. He twice promised me replacements, but I never got them.

I never received a plant but he did send me a complete refund. He told me that he was sorry and that I can purchase from him in the future.
