Your orchid plant is found growing on volcanic rocks and trees in the island of Leyte in the Philippines at elevations of 0 to 1100 meters. So, it is endemic to your country.
Plant grows in moderate shade and warm temperatures. Pot plants in medium fir bark or sphagnum moss. Plants can also be mounted in coconut husks or wood logs. Water when the potting media is just approaching dryness, but still a bit moist and never allow the potting media to become bone dry. If mounted, spray it if the weather is too hot. But if you let it outdoors where the air is moist, and the rains drench it; it will be very happy. Feed it fertilizer weekly weakly.
I wish I have this orchid for the flowers are fragrant. I have a Trichoglottis brachiata and it is also very fragrant in bloom.
