This is a terrific orchid. I have had mine for a couple of years - or more. I have been trying to pin down the lineage of this plant, without success. Does anyone know anything about it?

I looked it up in AQ Plus, and it was not listed. The closest i could find was Ascda. Sweet Pea, but the flowers are much darker red...I actually have one in my collection, and even the plant is shaped differently...it's more compact than the one here.

Sorry I couldn't be of more use.

Thanks for looking! I had also checked AQPlus and RHS and OrchidWiz - NADA! I have tracked down my vendor & hopefully she will guide me to her vendor and I will get an answer. If I get it, I'll post it here.

Thanks again!

Stunning colour, the most vivid I've seen.
